Storytelling is an important part of our lives. Often the first materials we read to our children are sursery rhymes or fairy tales. Stories are told in a variety of ways. I tell them with quilts.

I am drawn to image and language references in children's stories, aphorisms, nursery rhymes, poetry and other cadenced rhymes in English and occasionally in Spanish and other languages.
